2014-04-17: Important Training Message from Bekky Lee

Attention REV Band Boosters!
It’s time to get trained for the 2014 concert season at the San Manuel Amphitheater.

When:
Friday, April 25th at 6:00PM
Saturday, April 26th at 9:00AM
Friday, May 2nd at 6:00PM
Saturday, May 3rd at 9:00AM
Friday, May 9th at 6:00PM

Location:
All training sessions will be held at San Manuel Amphitheater in Devore. Allow 30-35 minutes drive time begining at the Ford St. entrance to the I-10 freeway. From I-10 or I-210: Drive north (toward CSU San Bernardino & Devore) on I-215. Drive PAST the signs that say "San Manuel Pavilion this exit". Transition to I-15 SOUTH and take the first exit* (GLEN HELEN PARKWAY & THE AMPHITHEATER) and turn LEFT. Enter the park through GATE NUMBER 1. Follow the road back to the amphitheater. Turn into the VIP parking lot, then make a LEFT into the back stage parking lot. Park in the BACK STAGE PARKING LOT. Look for the building that reads ADMINISTRATION. At the opposite end of that building is the GREEN ROOM where the training sessions will take place.

Some other helpful information:
1. Volunteers in our stand MUST be 21 
2. Every volunteer MUST attend training this year, even if you trained last year. 
3. Even if you have a current food handler's card you still MUST take this training course for it to be valid with Aramark. 
4. Training Sessions include Customer Service (W.E.S.T.), ServSafe, Safety, and TEAM 
5. TEAM certification is good for 3 years.  If you are not sure if you are current email Bekky Lee.
6. Training sessions last approximately 2 – 4 hours. * 2 hours if you are re-training and are current in TEAM. * 4 hours if you need to take the TEAM training.
