2. If you would like to assist with set up in the Wildcat Cafe on Friday Night - Meet at 6:00 at the Cafe. We will have a lot to do so the more help the better.

3. If you would like to assist with decorations and balloons on Saturday - Meet at 10:00am. at the Cafe. We will work until about 1:00 and then you will have time to go home before the event starts at 4:00.

This event has been coordinated by an amazing group of parent volunteers. We have an exciting program planned (with a few surprises) so don't miss it. Take a few minutes today to call 2-3 friends and invite them to attend. Tickets will be available at the door. Our theme is "BBQ at the Wildcat Corral", so come on out in your country gear and have some fun!

Special thanks to Maureen Ryan and Maria Lopez for their leadership with this special event.

Our goal for Saturday is $16,000!

See you soon,

posted Mar 6, 2013, 1:04 AM by Donna Cranfill   [ updated Mar 6, 2013, 1:04 AM ]

Hello Everyone!

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who sent items for the Student Themed Baskets! We will definitely have some
great baskets. If you did not have a chance to send something, you can still send your donation. You can contact the Silent Auction Committee (lopezmom@hotmail.com) so we can arrange for your items to be picked up or if it is convenient, you may also drop them off.

Also, if you are able to arrange a donation from a business, please let us know so that we arrange for your item to be delivered to one of the committee members.

Thank you so much to all of the parents of the REV Instrumental Music Department for all of your help. We are looking forward to a very fun event!

Hello Everyone,

Please look for the bright green flyer that was sent home with your child - it has lots of information regarding the Student Themed Baskets for the Silent Auction that will take place on Saturday March 23, 2013.
