2014-07-26: Message from Wendy Franklin regarding Band Camp

Dear Parents,

Band camp packets have been mailed out. If you do not receive yours by Saturday, July 26th, please let Wendy Franklin know...by email @ president@revband.org .

Please make sure to fill out ALL forms (front and back). You also need to submit a copy of your student's medical insurance card (front and back of card). All paperwork and $200 fair share donation is due by Friday, August 1st.

If it will arrive by August 1st, you can mail paperwork to:

If you prefer to drop it off in the box I have at my front door please email me for the address. If you are including your payment please only put CHECKS in my box.
